Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping
Most orders* leave our warehouse within one business day, we also offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 3pm (EST). The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you choose, but our standard is 5-day, meaning you will receive your package in up to five business days. For example, if you order on Saturday, your package will leave our warehouse Monday, and you will receive it by the following Monday at the latest.
UPS does not deliver to some Canadian destinations, if UPS service isn't available in your area, your order will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited service.
*Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to two business days.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. The items must be in original condition, including tags, labels, and original packaging. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 3 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We do not charge restocking fees.
Convenient Returns
Returning merchandise is easy and hassle free. Follow the instructions below to ensure we continue providing the best possible service.
- Send us a formal return request to returns@fightersmarket.ca with your order number, the name of the item(s) you're returning and the reason of the return. We will immediately send a UPS return label by E-mail.
- Place the return label on the return. Please remember that we will deduct $8.95 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is our fault, we will cover the shipping.
We'll handle your return within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.
